Hours: 37 hours per week (full time) - 2 year fixed term contract
Salary: £7,256 per annum, increasing to £8,336 in Year 2
Working as part of the front line Customer Services Team, this post will play a vital part in the successful recruitment of as well as welcoming visitors and liaising with staff.
The role also supports the wider operations of the Customer Services Team and the work carried out to engage, inform and enroll learners.
The reception service operates a shift system and evening and occasional weekend work will be required. This is an exciting and varied role perfect for a confident candidate with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people.
You will be required to complete the Apprenticeship Framework in Customer Service Level 3.
