Tuition fees for 16 to 18 year olds studying full-time courses are FREE. Students aged 19 years and over, who are studying on a full-time course are requested to pay an annual registration fee of £55. On some courses, you may be required to pay additional costs for items such as materials, uniforms etc. Please ask about these when you enrol. Anyone aged 16 when they start at the College could be eligible to claim an Educational Maintenance Allowance (EMA). This is a weekly payment worth up to £30 (depending on your household income) to help cover the day-to-day costs of attending College. There are also bonuses of £100 if you remain on your course and make good progress with your learning.

If you are a 16 to 19 year old student on a full-time course and you live more than three miles from college you may take advantage of our transport services.
We offer transport from a wide catchment area including Congleton, Poynton, Knutsford, Bollington and Wilmslow as well as Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport and the Buxton area. The cost is just £110 per year, (£60 is payable in September and the remaining £50 in January).
If you live further afield, you may be able to get financial assistance from the College towards your travelling costs.
