The design and development of the new complex is very much in line with modern establishments offering excellent quality training embracing the needs of young people and adults.
Our fully equiped state of the art training kitchen and Silk Room Restaurant allows students to carry out their studies in a sophisticated environment allowing natural progression and individual development.
The quality of teaching in the department reflects the highly qualified and commited staff. Links with industry has attracted local businesses to use the new facility for the training of their staff.
