Apprentice Training

Our range of Apprenticeship programmes provide anyone aged 16 and over with the opportunity to ‘earn while they learn’ and gain a recognised qualification. Apprenticeships can make your business more competitive, productive and effective by addressing skills gaps, and also help employees reach a level of competency and performance. Apprentices learn through a combination of on and off the job learning. On the job they work alongside your staff, off the job they attend Macclesfield College working towards nationally recognised qualifications. As an employer you are expected to employ the Apprentice over 16 hours per week and pay the minimum apprenticeship wage set by the government, currently £95 per week. We have a wide range of Apprenticeship programmes on offer across various sectors of industry, such as:
