The Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management is ideal if you want to develop a deeper understanding of HR. Aimed at aspiring or existing HR Managers, this programme will help you to understand how to drive sustainable organisational performance through tailored HR interventions.
Delivered in partnership with Developing People Globally (DPG), who has over 25 years’ experience of providing quality programmes with proven results, you will learn using a blended learning approach. This truly flexible experience means you will have access to self-study materials through the award-winning DPG Online Community and Learning Management System (LMS), and also attend 6 facilitated workshops at Macclesfield College.
The online units are completed in your own time, within recommended timeframes and you will be supported throughout your programme by a facilitator. You will also have access to 24/7 support via the DPG Community, and access to your personal facilitator by phone and email.
