The School of Culinary Arts is a Professional Cookery School taught by chefs who have extensive experience within the industry. It is based here at Macclesfield College. You will learn a range of skills used by professional chefs in their restaurants to improve your entertaining skills.
Who is it for?
This course will be suitable for adults who have a keen interest in cooking and appreciate good food and wish to enhance their skills in creating TV delights at the drop of a hat.
A certificate of course completion will be presented on completion of the course.
This course is for adult learners aged 19 and over.
Build up a portfolio of dishes and recipes you can produce in a few minutes for the whole family.
There is no formal assessment however evaluation by the chef and fellow students will form part of the learning experience.
A ‘School of Culinary Arts’ Certificate will be presented to completers of the course.
