We have been awarded full status as a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) with the establishment at the College of the European Centre for Aerospace Training (ECAT). We have a hanger containing a BAe Jetstream aircraft, enabling students to work with modern, industry-standard equipment and resources.
You can use the Centre for study, research and to borrow materials. It offers an ‘open access’ IT facility so you can surf the web or develop your skills in the latest software. It has a wide range of materials for reference or loan such as books, magazines, directories, past exam papers, videos, CD ROMS and online resources.

There's plenty to enjoy away from College as well. Macclesfield is a bustling market town in East Cheshire - one of the most prosperous parts of the UK. It nestles in the foothills of the southern Pennines and the breathtaking Peak District National Park.
The College is within walking distance of the town centre with its busy high-street shops, places to eat out and lively bars - ideal for socialising and nights out. Also within reach are the bright lights and attractions of Manchester - famous for its vast range of clubs, live music venues and thriving student scene.
